Job Description

Program Documentation and Communication

Draft high-quality reports, case studies, policy briefs, training content, and knowledge products.
Prepare documentation for internal learning, external partners, and donor reporting.
Support the design of communication materials such as presentations, articles, and others.

Training and Capacity Building

Assist in designing training sessions and materials, ensuring they are contextually relevant and user-friendly.
Support the delivery of trainings and workshops for councillors.
Coordinate logistics and feedback collection from training sessions.

Field Coordination

Travel to program cities and wards to support implementation, engage with elected representatives, and gather insights.
Conduct interviews, group discussions, and feedback sessions with councillors and partner organisations.
Maintain field visit reports and contribute to real-time program learning.

Program Support

Assist in maintaining trainer and councillor databases, tracking program milestones, and organising convenings or events.
Coordinate with internal teams (state teams, tech, comms, MEL) to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
