Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to lead our Social Media, Content, and Communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to engage with target audiences.
Create high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across all platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and communication.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Excellent writing and editing skills are required to create engaging content.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze social media metrics.
Experience with social media management tools and software is preferred.
