Senior Associate – Social Media, Content, and Communication

We are #hiring for a leading non profit organization!

Social Media Management and Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to amplify mission and work

• Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, reels, and campaigns that drive audience engagement and community building.

• Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.

• Collaborate with programme teams to identify and share compelling stories and insights on social media

Content Creation and Communication:

• Develop content for various products such as emailers, annual reports, social media posts, videos, podcasts, etc.

• Create and copyedit content for the website and internal publications by liaising with internal programm teams and external partners and vendors.

• Ensure adherence of the organization brand guidelines across all reports, papers, newsletters, emailers, social media posts, etc.

• Manage vendor relationships for content creation and provide guidance on deliverables.

Job Requirements:

• Post Graduate/Graduate degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Digital Marketing or the disciplines of Urban Governance and Public Policy is preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of work experience in communications with at least 2-3 years focused on social media management.
• Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software
