Position: Senior Associate – Social Media, Content, and Communication Organisation: A leading non profit organization Experience: 2-3 years in Social Media Management Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Digital Marketing Location: Bengaluru Job Description Social Media Management and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to amplify mission and work Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, reels, and campaigns that drive audience engagement and community building. Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms. Collaborate with programme teams to identify and share compelling stories and insights on social media Content Creation And Communication Develop content for various products such as emailers, annual reports, social media posts, videos, podcasts, etc. Create and copyedit content for the website and internal publications by liaising with internal programme teams and external partners and vendors. Ensure adherence of the organization brand guidelines across all reports, papers, newsletters, emailers, social media posts, etc. Manage vendor relationships for content creation and provide guidance on deliverables. Job Requirements Post Graduate/Graduate degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Digital Marketing or the disciplines of Urban Governance and Public Policy is preferred. 4 to 6 years of work experience in communications with at least 2-3 years focused on social media management.
