The Spatial Data Analyst will conduct research on planning trends, policies, legislation, and market conditions to support project development. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of required reports, presentations, diagrams, technical drawings, and other deliverables while ensuring that they are submitted on time and to the highest quality achievable. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting site assessments to gather essential information to support planning proposals. It is essential to maintain seamless liaison with the London Office and be available to work flexible late hours, such as 1pm to 8pm on certain days, to align with the London office. To qualify for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or a similar field. A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment, graphics firm, or advertising agency is required. Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, knowledge of current planning best practices, and sustainable development are essential. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is necessary, along with experience in using them to create diverse design solutions. Attention to detail and accuracy are mandatory for this position. It would be beneficial to have prior work experience in the urban planning or property sector, as well as the ability to work with Midjourney or other AI software.
