Spatial Data Analyst

As a Spatial Data Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for conducting research on planning trends, policies, legislation, and market conditions to support project development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare required reports, presentations, diagrams, technical drawings, and other deliverables with the highest quality and ensure timely submissions. - Conduct site assessments to gather essential information for planning proposals. - Maintain seamless communication with the London Office. - Be available to work flexible late hours, specifically from 1pm to 8pm on certain days, to align with the London office. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning/Architecture/Geography or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment/graphics firm/advertising agency. - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with departmental staff and management. - Good knowledge of current planning best practices and sustainable development. - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. **Good to have:** - Prior work experience in urban planning/property sector. - Ability to work with Midjourney/other AI software. - Proficiency in Autodesk products including Civil3d and AutoCAD.
