Associate_Real Estate Strategic Consulting & Advisory

About the Role:

• Undertake Advisory Assignments (across Real Estate Segments) using appropriate approaches/methodologies; identifying property/project characteristics and attributes by analyzing market dynamics to provide strategic development advisory and suitable recommendations.

• Undertake Feasibility Studies, Market Assessments, Entry Strategies, Highest and Best Use Analysis, Location Advisory, Expansion/Consolidation Strategy, and Detailed Project Reports for clients including Developers, Financial Institutions, HNIs, Corporates, Occupiers, MNCs, Operators, and Brands across Office, Retail, Warehousing, Hospitality, Healthcare, Senior Living, and Co-living segments.

• Hands-on execution of assignments across Residential, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality, Warehousing, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

• Execute customized reports with strong report writing, data analytics, and financial analysis skills to assist clients in business and strategic decisions.

• Assist in financial modelling for assignments, with a sound understanding of financial modelling aspects of reports.

• Evaluate new markets and asset classes for client advisory.

Other Skills:

• Self-driven, competent individual with ability to learn and implement domain knowledge while executing assignments.

• Team player, capable of working across cities for Pan-India assignments.

• Provide support in preparing proposals and marketing pitch documents for business development.

About You:

• PG degree in Management/Finance/Economics and/or CA/CFA certification; or PG in Architecture/Urban Planning/Civil Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.

• Experience in Consulting & Research (preferably in Real Estate or Government/Infrastructure advisory), including report writing, demand assessment models, and financial analysis.

Communication:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective collaborator across regions and practices.

Subject Knowledge:

• Basic comprehension of Real Estate Market Dynamics specific to Delhi/NCR and general understanding of other major Indian cities.

• Working knowledge of presentation tools, Excel, and data analytics.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, and internet research tools.

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable analysis/inputs to stakeholders and clients.

• Experience in execution of assignments end-to-end with guidance from reporting managers.
