The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs, preparing construction drawings, and participating in urban planning projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project teams, meeting with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring that designs meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design Experience with Construction Drawings and Drawing Knowledge of Urban Planning principles and practices Strong attention to detail and creativity Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field Professional certification or licensure in architecture is a plus
