As a Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in the pre-sales team by utilizing your analytical skills to understand client requirements and offer innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, designing solutions, developing proposals, and providing technical support. In addition, you will be expected to generate leads in the IT industry and collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead-generation strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. - Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to gather detailed business requirements. - Analyze client requirements and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Assist in the development of tailored proposals and presentations, providing input on pricing and packaging strategies. - Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, industry trends, and best practices to recommend solutions aligned with client objectives. - Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs ensuring alignment with company capabilities. - Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution feasibility and provide technical support during sales activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience as a business analyst or consultant, ideally in a pre-sales or client-facing role. - Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences. - Solid understanding of business processes, enterprise software, and technology trends. - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), business intelligence tools, and project management methodologies is advantageous. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
