Location: Indore (Work From Office)

Shift Timing- 6.30 pm- 3.30 am (US Shift)
Required: 1 – 1.5 years (relevant experience in Upwork bidding/online bidding)
Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and skilled Upwork Bidders to join our team at our Indore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in online bidding, proposal writing, and client communication on Upwork. Your role will be crucial in identifying business opportunities, securing projects, and driving company growth through freelancing platforms. Key Responsibilities ● Opportunity Identification: Search and shortlist suitable projects on Upwork aligned with company services. ● Proposal Creation: Draft persuasive, tailored proposals that clearly highlight the company’s strengths and meet client requirements. ● Client Communication: Engage with potential clients via Upwork messaging to understand requirements and answer queries. ● Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate project terms, scope, and pricing to close deals successfully. ● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, client requirements, and competitors to refine bidding strategies. ● Performance Tracking: Track and report proposals, response rates, and conversion ratios. ● Profile Management: Maintain and update the company’s Upwork profile, portfolio, and client testimonials. ● Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project estimations and delivery timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications ● 1 – 1.5 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and securing projects. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. ● Skilled in proposal writing with a client-centric approach. ● Knowledge of Upwork platform, processes, and best practices. ● Good negotiation and persuasion skills to secure profitable deals. ● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. ● High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications ● Basic knowledge of IT / Software / Digital Services industry. ● Experience with CRM tools for managing client interactions. ● Exposure to other freelancing platforms such as Freelancer, Guru, or PeoplePerHour. Compensation: As per market standards and last drawn salary.
