Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Upwork Bidder located in the Mohali district, with some work from home acceptable. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on potential projects on Upwork that align with Caron Infotech's capabilities. Tasks include searching for relevant jobs, drafting compelling proposals, managing client communications, maintaining bid records, and following up on proposals. The Upwork Bidder will work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and ensure successful project acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting and submitting proposals on Upwork
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Understanding of web, mobile, Blockchain, IoT, and game development concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the IT or software development industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using Upwork and other freelancing platforms
