Job Description

You will be playing a crucial role in developing strong relationships with both internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, especially universities. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for University Account management issues - Establishing trusted relationships with key University stakeholders - Ensuring timely and successful completion of tasks as per agreements with partners - Updating key stakeholders on the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives - Identifying new business opportunities with existing university partners and suggesting areas for revenue/sales growth - Creating, forecasting, and monitoring key performance indicators and metrics related to agreed tasks - Addressing partner concerns effectively and escalating them promptly when necessary Your skills and requirements for this role are as follows: - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders - Proficiency in analytics to develop trackers, report progress, identify gaps, and analyze trends - Understanding partner needs clearly and providing solutions tailored to them - Managing multiple partners and engagements efficiently while meeting expectations and delivering desired outcomes In terms of Stakeholder Management, your responsibilities will include: - Representing partners in offline and online events such as Education fairs and MICE - Managing and analyzing data from various sources to present trends, analysis, and projections necessary for planned outcomes - Collaborating closely with sales, service, and marketing teams to align expectations with partners - Leading student engagement efforts and coordinating with the service team to enhance the student experience - Planning, collaborating on, and executing webinars, events, and programs aligned with partner universities - Tracking partner-specific revenue and driving revenue optimization by identifying new sources of revenue and supporting revenue centers in achieving targets This role at GradRight offers you the opportunity to work in a high-growth startup environment where you can contribute to making higher education more accessible and affordable.
