Unit Mgr - Business Excellence

As a Unit Manager / Manager of the Business Excellence Team at MetLife, you will be responsible for utilizing your technical and functional expertise to design, develop, and manage solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills including expertise in building, testing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Additionally, hands-on experience with implementing M365 Co-pilot for process improvements and practical exposure to VBA Macros and related RPA Tools is required. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in building, testing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Tools - Hands-on experience of implementing M365 Co-pilot for process improvements - Practical implementation exposure of VBA Macros and related RPA Tools - Good to have exposure of Mainframe Automation / Cobal Language - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, applied knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies - Experience of creating FMEA, Process Maps, VSM and relevant Quality tools of GB level - Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint - Training delivery skills on green belt level six sigma concepts - Good analytical skills, estimation, calculating capacity, FTE requirement, predictive accuracy, etc. Qualifications Required: - Total Experience required: 8 to 10 years - Stakeholder management skills for collaboration, facilitation, and influencing stakeholders - Planning and analytical skills to focus on continuous improvement and innovation - Good communication, interpersonal, and project management skills - Creating automated workflows using Power Automate Additionally, as part of the Business Excellence Team at MetLife, you will work in a collaborative environment to detect and resolve gaps within operations and/or enabling functions.
