Unit Mgr - Business Excellence

Role Overview: As a valuable member of the team at MetLife in Noida, India, you will be responsible for driving communication and governance, AI & Power Platform execution, continuous improvement & quality initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. You will play a crucial role in deploying automation solutions, integrating AI tools, and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute BE communication strategies to enhance visibility and engagement across business and technology teams. - Create impactful presentations, newsletters, and training content to promote BE initiatives and solution adoption. - Strengthen governance protocols for transformation projects to ensure compliance. - Lead the design and deployment of automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Integrate AI tools and Microsoft Copilot capabilities to improve business workflows and decision-making. - Apply Lean Six Sigma and process excellence methodologies to reduce errors and enhance operational efficiency. - Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and solutioning workshops. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation use cases and deliver scalable solutions. Qualification Required: - Graduation and Postgraduation from a reputed institute in Technology/Commerce/MBA. - 8-10 years of experience in building, testing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages). - Hands-on experience with implementing M365 Co-pilot for process improvements. - Practical implementation exposure of VBA Macros and related RPA Tools. - Stakeholder management skills for collaboration, facilitation, and influencing stakeholders. - Planning and analytical skills to focus on continuous improvement and innovation. - Good communication, interpersonal, and project management skills to interact with senior leadership, business partners, and customers. - Prior knowledge and hands-on experience in Operations and/or enabling functions. - Ability to create an encouraging and efficiency-driven environment.
