We are seeking a skilled MIS Executive / Google Apps Script Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions within Google Workspace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining business processes, building custom interfaces, integrating third-party APIs, and enhancing productivity across teams using advanced scripting and automation. Key Responsibilities: Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Google Apps Script to automate workflows across Google Sheets, Forms, Docs, Gmail, and Drive. Design time-based, event-driven, and trigger-based scripts to optimize operational processes. Build reliable error handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms for script execution. UI/UX Development: Create custom web applications, dashboards, and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the Apps Script ecosystem. Design and implement custom forms, sidebars, modals, and interactive menus to improve user experience. API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and external services (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, messaging platforms) to enhance data flow and system connectivity. Enable data syncing, automated communications, and cross-platform reporting. Workflow & Process Automation: Translate manual processes into automated, scalable solutions. Design and deploy approval workflows, task trackers, and status dashboards. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across automated systems and spreadsheets. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and propose effective automation strategies. Maintain detailed technical documentation, version control, and system diagrams for all scripts and solutions. Performance Optimization: Continuously test, monitor, and optimize script performance for reliability and scalability. Apply modular code structures and adhere to coding best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Google Apps Script. Strong understanding of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Forms, Docs, Gmail, Drive). Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhooks. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

As a member of a Global team at Experian, you will be working on HR Projects, Enhancements & Support, particularly focusing on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and other on-premise and cloud HR applications. Your responsibilities will include understanding the business processes associated with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules, reviewing and providing solutions for raised business requirements, and developing software on the ServiceNow platform for HR Service Delivery modules. You will be tasked with preparing necessary documentations like configuration guides, design documents, test scripts, and test plans. Working closely with the Global Change Management and ServiceNow Core platform teams, you will introduce changes in the UAT and Production systems while maintaining data security in a highly auditable environment. This role will require you to work on a single global instance supporting multiple countries, in a multi-lingual and culturally diverse environment, collaborating with peers and customers. To be successful in this role, you should have 5 to 8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an Admin/Developer capacity within an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment. You must have strong scripting skills in languages such as Glide and Jelly Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX, CSS, JSON, and AngularJS. Additionally, you should possess ServiceNow System Administration certification and/or ServiceNow Application Development certification, along with experience in configuring MID Servers and developing automated workflows. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a consulting firm or technology business. Exposure to Oracle database & PL/SQL scripting, HR Cloud Applications, REST APIs, and working in a CI/CD environment with strict change controls will be advantageous. You should also have experience working with Global teams in a follow-the-sun model and be fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills. As a BOM Accuracy Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure 100% BOM accuracy for Global product vehicle lines, Powertrain, Transmission plants, Frame assembly, and Battery assembly managed centrally from India, excluding specific regions. You will collaborate with Plant MP&L, PD, NMP, PVT, VOME, and other cross-functional teams to address any identified Bill of Material discrepancies effectively. Flexibility in working shift timings, particularly in North America, South America, Europe & Australia time zones, is essential for this role. You will be involved in PPM launch activities in coordination with NMP & Program team to facilitate timely system set-ups. Tracking new PDLs / CRFs / TIBs in the region and ensuring supportable MP&L / PPM timings will also fall under your responsibilities. Representing PPM in various meetings, such as PST meetings, Regional BOM and Order meetings, and Directors review, to address any open issues and discuss containment plans for prebuilds. Resolving BOM queries, discrepancies, and ensuring accurate supplier release data are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will provide support to the PD team in implementing engineering changes related to TVM / Cost reduction and revenue enhancement product actions. Utilizing the Global audit tool EMPRESS for defining parts based on PDL, verifying part-to-part usage, quantity per vehicle, and ensuring supplier release accuracy through BOM audits will be part of your routine tasks. Maintaining accurate Commodity audits, conducting part list audits for BOM structures, and supporting Physical BOM validation at Manufacturing Plants for various launches and programs are also key responsibilities. Collaborating with different teams to develop processes, training materials, and handbooks will be essential. Ensuring accurate Broadcast Bill of material coding in the mainframe system and managing sourcing actions will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to contribute to process improvement through innovative ideas, automated workflows, and dashboards to enhance efficiency in the operations.,
