Unit Manager - Training

As the GOSC Training Team Lead at MetLife, your role will involve overseeing the Training team's delivery and governance, as well as contributing to strategic learning initiatives impacting the enterprise. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, scheduling, executing, and governing Training practices - Managing the entire NH Process Certification including Preprocess, Compliance, Training, Learning Curve, Teach back, etc. - Ensuring effective Knowledge Transfer during Migrations by monitoring Progress, finding solutions, and providing training solutions to Migrations and Ops partners - Conducting activities related to Training Needs Identification, Analysis, and Planning Refresher Training Methodology - Partnering with operation teams to address training needs and reviewing effectiveness through planned meetings - Leading organizational initiatives like CMMI and creating, updating, and reviewing Training documents including SOPs, Process maps, TSDs - Mentoring the Team Leaders and Process training team for delivery effectiveness and efficiency - Conducting training sessions on MS Excel, Power BI, TTT, SOP Creation, etc. Qualifications required for this role are: - Education: Graduate or PG in any discipline - Experience: Minimum 12-14 years of overall work experience and 8-10 years of Training experience in shared services or ITES/ BPO/KPO environment Key Skills and Abilities: Technical skills: - Proficiency in Ms Office, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills - Highly proficient at PowerPoint including training content creation, visualization, and data representation - Understanding of Power platform/Power BI and Lean Six Sigma concepts - Understanding and work experience of CMMI Soft Skills: - Excellent Communication and Presentation skills - Ability to facilitate training sessions and actively listen - Ability to work both independently and as a team player - Lead discussions and influence decisions during stakeholder meetings - Willingness to learn new skills and technologies Other Requirements: - TTT or training related certification - Instructional Design Certification In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will also be part of a globally recognized company like MetLife, known for its commitment to creating a more confident future for colleagues, customers, communities, and the world at large.
