Unit Manager

Position: Unit Manager – Noida

Location: Sector 7, Noida

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Accommodation: Space to sleep available at unit (optional)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts & Data Entry:

Maintain Excel sheets, payment records, and basic book-keeping

Support senior accountant remotely with local entries & documentation

Bill passing, purchase logs, and inventory costing support

2. Computer & Admin:

Data entry, basic software use (Excel, Google Sheets, printouts)

Document management: job worker lists, attendance, dispatch notes

Coordinate between production, dispatch, and finance teams

3. Stock & Inventory:

Maintain inward/outward stock registers

Supervise barcode, inventory flow, and challan generation

Physical stock checks with job workers, vendors & fabric suppliers

4. Staff Handling:

Maintain daily attendance of workers

Handle staff shift scheduling, leave requests, and basic issues

Report absenteeism, overtimes, and resolve internal conflicts

5. Local Procurement & Vendor Work:

Visit markets for small procurement (trims, packaging, fabrics)

Negotiate and coordinate pick-up/drop with riders or vendors

Ensure timely dispatch and local courier follow-up

6. Miscellaneous:

Unit cleanliness, basic facility management (AC, light, water)

Handle emergency repairs, government compliances if any

Work closely with Jaipur HO on daily reporting

Ideal Candidate:

Min. 2–5 years of experience in operations/accounts/admin

Should know basic Excel, WhatsApp Web, Google Drive

Honest, hardworking, self-managed and reliable

Must be able to coordinate well with HO & follow SOPs

Field work readiness is a must (local purchase etc.)
