Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager based in Junagadh. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and motivating team members, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other key responsibilities include developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with company policies, and handling customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Management and Leadership skills: Experience in supervising and motivating teams, strong organizational and leadership qualities
Sales and Customer Service: Proven track record in achieving sales targets, excellent customer service skills
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to interact effectively with team members and customers
Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Understanding of health insurance products and market trends is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
