Unit Manager- Business Excellence

Role Overview: As a Unit Manager / Manager of Business Excellence Team at MetLife, you will be responsible for utilizing your technical and functional expertise to design, develop, and manage solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. Your role will involve stakeholder management, planning, analytical skills, and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will be creating automated workflows using Power Automate while collaborating with stakeholders locally and globally. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in building, testing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages - Implementation experience with M365 Co-pilot for process improvements - Practical exposure to VBA Macros and related RPA Tools - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, change management, and project execution - Experience in creating FMEA, Process Maps, VSM, and other relevant Quality tools - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint - Training delivery skills on green belt level six sigma concepts - Good analytical skills for estimation, capacity calculation, FTE requirement, and predictive accuracy - Ability to work with different functions and effectively address their needs - Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership, business partners, and customers - Creating an encouraging and efficiency-driven environment Qualifications Required: - Total Experience of 8 to 10 years - Blend of technical and functional expertise - Stakeholder management skills for collaboration and influencing - Planning and analytical skills for continuous improvement and innovation - Good project management skills - Decision-making ability - Result-oriented with negotiation and convincing skills - Creative problem-solving skills - Ability to develop relationships with internal and external clients Additional Details: MetLife, recognized on Fortune magazine's list of the "World's Most Admired Companies," is a leading financial services company providing insurance, annuities, employee benefits, and asset management globally.
