Responsible for origination business through B2B2C partners and ESOP tie upsProviding service support to B2B2C partners & their clientsCo-ordinating with internal stakeholders like Operations, Risk & Credit for resolving client issues.Preparing and sharing Business MIS with the respective partners on regular basisExtending transaction level support to Sales teamEnsuring timely payouts for B2B2C partnersCo-ordinating with HR teams for timely disbursement of ESOP casesHandling ESOP enquiries and ensuring timely closuresRequired Qualifications and Experience
Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree.Prior knowledge of LAS Industry a preferable. Should have relevant experience in partner managementShould have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation skills.Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self - starter.
