Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Officer, based in the Greater Vijayawada District. The role involves engaging with customers to promote and sell banking products and services, generating leads, and building and maintaining client relationships. The Sales Officer will work to achieve sales targets, collaborate with the sales team, and provide excellent customer service support. This hybrid role accommodates occasional remote work depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and address their banking needs
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations techniques to drive business outcomes
• Experience in Channel Sales with the ability to build and nurture relationships with external partners
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of the banking and financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage
• Ability to balance in-office responsibilities and remote job tasks efficiently
