The Floor Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a safe, orderly, and efficient environment conducive to learning. This role involves close collaboration with teachers, students, and administrative staff to maintain discipline, support school activities, and address any issues that arise during the school day. Key Responsibilities Daily Supervision: Monitor the activities on the assigned floor, ensuring that students and staff adhere to the school’s policies and procedures. Discipline Management: Address disciplinary issues promptly and fairly, maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all students and staff. Support to Teachers: Assist teachers with classroom management and provide support during transitions between classes, ensuring smooth operations. Student Welfare: Monitor student behavior during breaks, lunch, and transitions, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Coordination of Events: Assist in organizing and coordinating floor-level activities, assemblies, and events as needed. Communication: Serve as a key point of contact between the administration and the floor’s teachers, students, and parents, ensuring effective communication. Facility Management: Ensure that the facilities on the assigned floor are clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily use, coordinating with maintenance staff as necessary. Emergency Response: Act as the first responder to any emergencies on the floor, following the school’s protocols and ensuring student and staff safety.
