Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for generating B2B leads and acquiring new clients in sectors such as Alumina, Aluminum, Metallurgy, Refinery, Ceramics, Chemical, and Refractory. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets through structured planning and effective market penetration. Additionally, you will promote various Alumina grades including Smelter Grade Alumina, Calcined Alumina, and Specialty Alumina. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and industrial buyers. - Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions on alumina applications. - Handle customer complaints, quality concerns, and service requirements. - Track competitor activities, pricing trends, market demand, and customer procurement cycles. - Identify opportunities in both existing and emerging markets. - Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and lead pricing negotiations. - Coordinate with logistics/operations to ensure timely dispatches and order fulfillment. - Maintain sales reports, customer data, order pipeline, and forecast planning. - Collaborate closely with production, quality, and supply-chain teams to provide seamless customer service. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Alumina or related industries. - Strong client relationship management skills. - Excellent market intelligence and analytical abilities. - Proficiency in preparing quotations, proposals, and conducting pricing negotiations. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Good organizational and reporting skills. - Full-time availability.
