Sales Officer

Sales & Business Development

• Generate B2B leads and acquire new clients in Alumina, Aluminum, Metallurgy, Refinery, Ceramics, Chemical, and Refractory sectors.
• Achieve sales targets through structured planning and market penetration.
• Promote various Alumina grades (e.g., Smelter Grade Alumina, Calcined Alumina, Specialty Alumina).

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and industrial buyers.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions related to alumina applications.
• Handle customer complaints, quality concerns, and service requirements.

Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, market demand, and customer procurement cycles.
• Identify opportunities in existing and emerging markets.

Commercial Activities

• Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and pricing negotiations.
• Coordinate with logistics/operations for timely dispatches and order fulfillment.
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment collection.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain sales reports, customer data, order pipeline, and forecast planning.
• Work closely with production, quality, and supply-chain teams for seamless customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
