Job Overview

The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence in Ahmedabad and Vadodara.   • Demonstrated ability in territory management for maximizing regional sales opportunities and resource allocation. (Mandatory skill)
  • Robust experience in sales management, including target setting, team guidance, and performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated track record in B2B sales, preferably within the food production, FMCG, or allied industries.
  • Exceptional product knowledge to provide detailed information on Satvams spices and instant mixes associated offerings to clients.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, ensuring long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
  • Competence in market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitive activities for strategic advantage.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Implement effective sales strategies to promote Satvam products and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
  • Identify, approach, and nurture relationships with B2B clients and distributors to expand the market footprint.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the brands unique selling propositions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Engage in territory management by planning and optimizing sales visits to maximize customer coverage and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation, reporting, and pipeline management to ensure transparent sales processes.
