Our mission is to build not just homes, but lasting trust. Role Description Prisunic Builders is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with strong people management skills, a deep understanding of the real estate sales cycle, and the ability to build and scale a high-performing sales function. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Design and execute effective sales strategies for apartment projects • Supervise and mentor junior sales officers and trainees • Monitor, track, and analyze sales performance using CRM tools • Ensure quality follow-up of leads from portals, referrals, and site visits • Coordinate site visits and ensure high client conversion rates • Provide regular reporting to management with clear sales forecasts 👤 Who You Are: • Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential apartments • At least 2–3 years in a team leadership or managerial role • Strong understanding of Kozhikode/Kerala real estate market trends and buyer behavior • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English • Professional, self-motivated, and hands-on 📩 Apply Now: Send your CV to faranelat@prisunicbuilders.com 📞 For more info: Contact +91 8594006673 (Available on WhatsApp)
