Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Manager at Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd., located in Bhubaneswar. The Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, ensure loan processing and approvals are timely and accurate, and liaise with clients to understand and fulfill their financial needs. Additional responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
Experience in the microfinance or related financial services sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
