Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Collector located in Raurkela. The Debt Collector will be responsible for collecting payments, managing overdue accounts, and ensuring timely cash collection. Daily tasks include contacting clients to settle debts, maintaining accurate records of collections, and collaborating with the finance team to develop repayment plans. Effective communication with clients and proficiency in utilizing computer systems for record-keeping are essential aspects of the role.

• Relevant experience in finance or debt collection is a plus
