Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collector located in Delhi, India. The Debt Collector will be responsible for contacting individuals or businesses to collect past-due payments, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with collection laws and industry standards. Effective communication and adherence to company protocols will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Debt Collection processes and Cash Collection skills
Strong Communication skills, including negotiation and interpersonal capabilities
Basic Computer Literacy to manage records and utilize collection tools
Understanding of Finance and payment reconciliation techniques
Good organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of applicable legal guidelines and regulations is an advantage
