Job Title: Billing Executive Location: Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi- 110029 Department: Accounts / Billing Reporting To: Billing Manager or Accounts Head Job Role: We are looking for a Billing Executive to help us prepare and send bills (invoices) to our customers. You will work with our sales and accounts team to make sure all bills are correct and payments are collected on time. Key Responsibilities: Make bills/invoices for customers after they place an order. Check all details in the bill – product name, quantity, price, discount, and taxes. Keep records of all bills in the system or software. Talk to the sales and dispatch teams to make sure everything matches. Help follow up with customers if payments are late. Make reports of daily or monthly billing and payments. Follow GST and other billing rules. What We Need: Graduate in Commerce or a related field. 1–3 years of billing or accounts experience. Basic knowledge of Tally, Excel, or any billing software. Must know basic GST rules and billing formats. Should be careful, honest, and good with numbers. Able to talk clearly and work with a team.
