Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Tezpur. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market research, developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments for client requirements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Market Research and Sales Strategy Development skills
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience in the microfinance or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
