Role Description

This full-time, remote position is ideal for a seasoned logistics sales professional seeking to drive sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting market research
• Meeting sales targets
• Preparing and presenting sales reports
• Negotiating contracts and handling client queries
• Collaborating with logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Ideal Profile:

• 3 to 10 years of experience in freight forwarding sales, commercial operations, or international trade (from attached image: candidates with graduate/postgraduate education in Sales & Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, or International Business preferred).

• Strong commercial and sales background in freight forwarding, with fluency in written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus

Salary & Compensation

• Salary is performance-based, with a base determined after the interview and incentives/commission tied directly to conversion levels.
