As a Customer Relationship Officer at Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relations. This full-time on-site role is based in Sangareddy and involves daily tasks aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience. Your duties will include providing assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and upholding a high standard of service. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing client requirements and proposing suitable financial solutions to promote customer loyalty and support business expansion.
