Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Underwriter in Residence (Non-Profit). The Underwriter in Residence will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and providing recommendations on funding proposals. They will develop risk management strategies, collaborate with program directors, and ensure compliance with funding guidelines. The role also involves conducting research, preparing underwriting reports, and participating in strategic planning sessions to support Swanirbhar’s mission of community empowerment and sustainable development. Qualifications Experience in Underwriting, Risk Management, and Financial Analysis Knowledge of Non-Profit Funding and Compliance Regulations Strong Research, Analytical, and Report Writing skills Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus Show more Show less
