We build simple, scalable web and mobile experiences that serve high-volume workflows and complex user journeys.This is a remote internship based in India focused on hands-on UI/UX work—ideal for designers who want mentored experience shaping product interfaces, improving usability, and shipping real features in an agile environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile features using Figma (or equivalent).
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into intuitive UI flows and measurable UX outcomes.
Conduct quick user research and usability tests, synthesize findings, and iterate designs to improve conversion and task success rates.
Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system—components, tokens, and documentation—that scales across product teams.
Create clear design handoffs (specs, assets, and redlines) to engineering and support timely implementation.
Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and critique sessions; accept feedback and deliver rapid design iterations.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Design, HCI, Multimedia, or related field; open to early-career designers.
Practical experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong visual design fundamentals—typography, spacing, color, and layout—and a portfolio demonstrating product-focused work.
Basic understanding of responsive design and HTML/CSS principles; ability to communicate implementation constraints with engineers.
Good communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work asynchronously in a remote team based in India.

Preferred

Experience with usability testing, user interviews, or analytics-driven design decisions.
Familiarity with design systems, accessibility (WCAG) best practices, or motion/microinteraction design.
