We are looking for a UI/UX Developer who can bridge the gap between design and technology—crafting intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered interfaces while collaborating closely with researchers, designers, engineers, and life sciences SMEs.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing elegant, user-friendly interfaces for our AI platforms. You’ll translate complex clinical and regulatory workflows into clear, intuitive digital experiences while ensuring responsiveness, performance, and compliance in enterprise-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly UIs for AI-driven Life Sciences platforms.
• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and research insights into production-ready code.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless user journeys for sponsors, CROs, and site staff.
• Implement reusable UI components and design systems consistent across products.
• Optimize UI performance for enterprise-scale data visualization, dashboards, and workflows.
• Ensure accessibility and compliance with industry standards (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Conduct regular UI testing and usability reviews to refine interactions and interfaces.
• Stay current with modern frontend frameworks, UX patterns, and healthcare IT design best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer, Frontend Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Recharts, Chart.js).
• Demonstrated ability to translate UX research and wireframes into clean, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and Agile development practices.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or regulated SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of AI/ML-powered interfaces (explainability, user trust, human-in-the-loop) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
