Job Title: UI/UX Developer (5+ Years Experience) with Adobe Target Location: [Specify Location or Remote] Job Type: [Full-Time / Contract / Remote] Experience Required: 5+ Years Specialization: UI/UX Development, Adobe Target (TC) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Developer with over 5 years of professional experience, including hands-on expertise with Adobe Target as a Technical Consultant (TC) . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be proficient in translating business requirements into effective and engaging digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target, in addition to building intuitive and responsive user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Design, prototype, and implement UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and developers to design user-centric interfaces. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements. Leverage Adobe Target for personalization, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experience targeting. Create and maintain design systems, wireframes, mockups, and UI specifications. Ensure designs are consistent across platforms and aligned with brand guidelines. Work with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Analyze performance of UX/UI and experiment variants using Adobe Target reports and Adobe Analytics. Support the integration of Adobe Target with CMS and marketing platforms. Provide guidance on UI/UX best practices and emerging design trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. Proven experience with Adobe Target , including setting up and managing tests, offers, and audiences. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles. Experience with front-end tech: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React/Angular. Familiarity with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and data-driven design. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Target or relevant Adobe Experience Cloud certifications.
