UI/UX Developer Location: S M Techno Consultants PVT LTD Experience: 2+ Years Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our software development team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile applications by focusing on user needs, aesthetics, and functionality. Your expertise in UI/UX design tools, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. Educational Requirements: ● Master/Bachelor’s Degree : ○ Fields: Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science, Web Development, or related. ● Alternative Pathways: ○ Bootcamps, online courses (e.g., Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning), or self-learning. ● Certifications: ○ Google UX Design Certificate, Adobe Certified Expert, Interaction Design Foundation (IDF). Key Skills: UI Design Skills: ● Figma: ○ Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes. ○ Real-time collaboration and component-based design. ○ Responsive design with Auto Layout. ● Adobe XD: ○ UI design, prototyping, and micro-interactions. ○ Design systems and reusable components. ○ Collaborative feedback sharing. ● Visual Design: ○ Typography, color theory, layout principles. ○ Consistency in UI elements (buttons, icons, spacing). UX Design Skills: ● Wireframing & Prototyping: ○ Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. ● User Flows & Information Architecture: ○ Design intuitive user flows and organize content. ● Usability Testing & User Research: ○ Conduct user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing. ● Persona Development: ○ Create user personas based on research data. Portfolio: ● Showcase real-world projects, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. ● Highlight the design process, not just final products.
