We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive, visually stunning, and user-friendly digital experiences while collaborating closely with our frontend and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Use Figma (and similar tools) to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop design systems, components, and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on design improvements.
• Translate complex product requirements into clear, attractive, and efficient user journeys.
• Ensure responsive design principles for seamless experiences across all devices.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging design patterns.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to developers, stakeholders, and product teams.
• Maintain attention to detail in every element — from typography and spacing to interactions and animations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other modern design tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design.
• Experience collaborating with frontend developers and understanding how designs translate into code.
• Familiarity with prototyping, user flows, and interactive mockups.
• Keen eye for detail, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Strong communication skills — able to explain ideas and receive feedback constructively.
• A creative mindset with the ability to balance aesthetics and usability.
• A portfolio of prior UI/UX work showcasing creativity and design process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
