UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job Shift: Evening Shift (1.30 to 10.30pm)

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with around 1 year of professional experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience of our products and services. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, conduct research, and deliver innovative, user- centred design solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Design wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for various digital products (websites, mobile apps, and web applications).
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Analyse user feedback and activity to iterate and enhance the overall user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and team reviews to refine concepts and solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user - centred design methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, colour, and typography.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects (professional, academic, or personal).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
