Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences that are both visually appealing and highly functional. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life and create engaging experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design and maintain UI components, style guides, and design systems.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualification and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

Good Knowledge of Blender Software( 3D Modeling, Texturing, Animation, Rigging)

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts is a plus.

Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies.

Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects and problem-solving approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for inclusivity.

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development processes.

Basic understanding of design tokens and component-based design.
