UI/UX Designer

INFLUISH is the fastest-growing influencer marketing platform designed to facilitate seamless collaborations between influencers and brands. Brands can easily create paid or barter campaigns, discover trending creators, and manage collaborations with full transparency. Influencers, on the other hand, can apply to campaigns, chat with brands, and earn through verified deals, all in one powerful Gen Z-driven app.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer at INFLUISH, located in Udaipur, Rajasthan. As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate with product managers and developers to transform user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting user research to understand our target audience and their needs.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and test design concepts.
• Designing high-fidelity mockups for both our web and mobile apps.
• Iterating on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• Collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless implementation of your designs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with design tool like Figma.
• Experience with user research methods such as persona creation and journey mapping.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
