Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer at Brand Radiator, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

3. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.

4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields.

5. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.

6. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).

7. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).

8. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing.

9. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

2. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

4. Knowledge of wireframe tools and design principles.

5. Good understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

6. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

8. Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
