About the Role

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience to design intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces. The candidate must have hands-on expertise in Figma and a strong understanding of user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve overall user experience.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and maintain design standards.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Good understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
• Understanding of user research methodologies.
• Experience working in agile environments.
