Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.
Handle outdoor tasks such as collecting and delivering documents, parcels, or courier packages.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical work as assigned.
Support administrative staff with basic office maintenance and arrangements.
Ensure all supplies (tea, coffee, stationery, cleaning materials, etc.) are adequately stocked.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and organizing refreshments for visitors or meetings.
Monitor and maintain pantry items, ensuring cleanliness and proper waste disposal.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Admin or HR Department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
Prior experience as an Office Boy, Peon, or similar role preferred.
Basic communication skills in English and local language.
Punctual, honest, and well-behaved.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions effectively.
Neat personal appearance and good hygiene.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Saturday (as per company policy).
