UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, hands-on expertise in modern design tools, and excellent client communication skills. You will be responsible for transforming requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, business goals, and user needs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations to support design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Present design concepts, user journeys, and prototypes to clients clearly and professionally.
• Ensure consistency in branding, design systems, and UI components across all platforms.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.
• Experience with design systems, responsive design, and prototyping.
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with clients or in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for better collaboration with development teams.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,003.55 - ₹55,628.12 per month
