Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design strategies, and deliver high-quality interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.

• Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.

• Design intuitive navigation and interaction patterns.

User Interface Design

• Create visually compelling UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.

• Develop responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.

• Maintain design consistency across products and platforms.

Prototyping & Testing

• Build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity.

• Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently.

• Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.

Design System & Documentation

• Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides.

• Document design specifications for development handoff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or digital agency environment.

• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and UI design work.

• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.

• Bonus: Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, HTML/CSS knowledge.
