Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor designs to enhance UI/UX strategies.
  

✅ Wireframing & Prototyping

• Develop wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes for new web and mobile applications.
• Ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user experiences.
  

✅ Visual & Interaction Design

• Design user interfaces (UI) with a focus on typography, color schemes, and layout principles.
• Create icons, buttons, menus, and other graphical elements to enhance UI aesthetics.
• Ensure responsive and adaptive designs across different screen sizes and devices.
  

✅ Collaboration & Feedback Integration

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and senior designers to translate ideas into functional designs.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback, stakeholder suggestions, and usability test results into design improvements.
  

✅ Usability Testing & Iteration

• Conduct A/B testing, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to refine designs.
• Ensure accessibility and user-friendliness in all products.
  

✅ Design System & Branding

• Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all platforms.
• Contribute to the development of a UI/UX design system for future projects.
  

✅ Portfolio Submission

• Candidates must share their portfolio or links to their design work for evaluation.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

💡 Technical & Soft Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Framer is an added advantage, and preference will be given to candidates with Framer experience.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX research methods, usability testing, and design thinking.
• Strong understanding of UI principles, typography, and color psychology.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and developers.
