Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site UI/UX Designer to join our team in Patna. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Daily tasks will include conducting user research, creating user flow diagrams, improving user interface designs, and gathering feedback for design enhancements. The role involves a balance of creativity and analytical skills to deliver exceptional user experiences aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UI/UX design fundamentals, including wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
• Excellent problem-solving and creative skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design ideas
• Knowledge of front-end development principles such as HTML/CSS for design collaboration
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects
• Previous experience in designing for web and mobile platforms is a plus
