What You’ll Do

✅ Define and evolve the overall UX strategy for AI-powered safety platforms

✅ Lead information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

✅ Conduct and guide UX research to uncover user needs and pain points

✅ Architect and maintain scalable design systems and UI frameworks

✅ Oversee visual and interaction design consistency across all products

✅ Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met in all UI implementations

✅ Mentor designers and work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams

✅ Review and approve design work to ensure it aligns with business goals and user needs

What We’re Looking For

🔹 5+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in an architect or lead role

🔹 Strong portfolio showing UX thinking, complex system design, and modern UI execution

Figma

🔹 Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – not coding, but implementation awareness)

🔹 Experience with design systems and component libraries

🔹 Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Skills

✨ Experience designing AI, analytics, or computer vision platforms

✨ Exposure to video-based UI or real-time data visualisations

✨ Familiarity with developer co-pilots or low-code handoff tools
